RCY endorsed a grant application to Medical Action Myanmar to support their clinic in Hlaing Thayar which had 115,000 outpatients in 2013. The clinic offers General Counselling, STD, HIV & TB treatment, Family planning services, Neo natel and paediatric medical services, Malnutrition treatment, vaccination, food supplement programs and Health Awareness.

The is RCY’s first Global Grant Application which is currently being reviewed by the Rotary Foundation.  A team of surgeons, from the International Surgical Missions Support, will come to Mandalay Hospital in February 2015 and perform over 200 surgical procedures. The Global Grant which is being applied for is to purchase much needed surgical equipment for the hospital.
